Staff always patient!
Modest and comfy place with a pleasant view. Healthy choices for the breakfast. Particularly good and perfect location to Confluence. And right by Halle Tony Garnier, being close to restaurants and the centre of town and water edge. Great base for exploring Lyon.

The breakfast was a good spread with scrumptious scrambled eggs, fresh pastries, and loads of options! Just a hop away are rad spots like Kitchen Garden and La Maison, where you can snag some tasty local bites.
We had a doozy of a time with the air conditioning-it cranked up the heat and the staff's response was lukewarm at best. It reminded me of a sauna in our room, and the dirty vent added to the discomfort.

Several issues crept up . The air conditioning barely functioned. The rooms are on the small side, and I found the layout a bit cramped-especially with a sofa-bed wedged in there. Plus, noise from the surrounding streets and neighboring rooms definitely impacted the sleep quality. Lastly, the organization during meal service left something to be desired. I encountered a few long waits and mix-ups with orders.

The breakfast was healthy with toppings and excellent pastries and versatile coffee machine and the restaurant food was outstanding! Last time we stopped we had a compact, spotless room with 2 beds.
